The 4-inch thickness really makes a difference for side sleeping, and I love that it self-inflates so I don't have to fiddle with a pump. My back actually felt great the next morning, which is rare for me on a camping mattress.

I've tried a few camping pads and always woke up with a sore back, but this self-inflating one actually stays firm all night. It puffed up on its own in a few minutes and the 57" x 84" size fits my setup perfectly. My partner is picky about mattresses and even she slept straight through.

Setting this up took seconds since it self-inflates — no frantic pumping before bed. The 4 inches of cushioning made my camping cot feel like a real mattress, and at 57" x 84" there was plenty of room to stretch out. Honestly, I slept better outside than I do at home.
